Print Report Structure

Is there a way to print the structure mode with no data for a report? Every time I'm viewing structure mode and want to print what I'm looking at it only prints the actual report with data. Am I missing a toggle or something that enables printing the structure?

    Hi Jeff,

According to my knowledge there is no direct way to print the structure only.

By the way, there is a workaround:

    • Purge the data fro the different data providers: From the 3 modes "Reading", "Design" and "Data", choose "Data" mode. Right-click on each data provider in your document and select Purge.
    • Print the report(s)
    • Close your document and do not save it.

The document will be printed without the data.

    Didier

Those are helpful answers but not quite what I am looking for. I want to actually have a document that shows the specific data objects used in the report design. For example, I want to see Column A and underneath that =[ObjectABC], the things view that you can currently see when you select Structure Only. As Didier said, it doesn't seem that there is a way to do this. It would be helpful, though!
