Transaction Code XK02/XK03 Attachments Issue

Hi All,

When my client attach documents to new vendors with code XK02/XK03, It will say “attachment created successfully.

The following day when I went back in to the vendors there are no attachments. It appears the attachment remains after being attached a second time.

Again, they uploaded up to six documents for different vendors and the following day only one was missing the attachment and after doing it again the second time, it remains.

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Regards,

FJohn

    Hi Guys,

    For your information.

We had the user to log on to another computer, and they are attaching successfully.

I guess this has to do with the user system?

    Regards,

    FJohn.

    Dear,

It seems like menual procedure failure only.

Make sure that your end user is saving the changes at XK02 (XK03 is only for display) before leaving the transaction.

    Rgds,

    Marcio

Thank you Marcio for your contribution and yes I was there to make sure they are saving and it shows attachment created successfully.

Sanju, I will work with my ABAPer to check your suggestion and respond back.

    Thank you all.
