Hi Fabiano!

In addition to Praveen's suggestion: in Source directory you set the relative path to directory on FTP server where the file(s) is placed. It shouldn't contain server name/IP/port. You set it separately in FTP connection properties.

Hi Fabiano!

First, why do you use port 22 in your FTP Connection parameters? TCP/UDP port 22 is used for SSH. Try to set standard port 21.

Second, try to set Passive mode for data connection if first suggestion doesn't help.

Regards, Evgeniy.

Hello Fabiano,

Also check the access has been given to the user provided in the channel to pick the file.

This you can check by using Winscp or FileZilla.

Hi Fabiano,

Login to FTP via FileZilla or any other client and go into the folder and get the path from it, copy and paste the directory in the channel.

Praveen.
