Formatting and alignment issues in Crystal Reports when exported to PDF

Hi Experts,

We are facing issues with crystal reports..

When we export the crystal reports to PDF we are facing issues with formatting and alignment. The columns are overlapping and also for some column's data, we are able to see only some parts of text when exported to PDF.

But when we refresh reports from BI launch pad & Crystal reports tool, we don't see any over lapping. we are seeing issues only when we export the data into pdf.

We are at BO 4.1 SP4.

Please assist.

Sandy R

There are a couple of registry settings you can look at doing on the server to alleviate some of this. Specifically look for UsePrecisePositioningForText and TruncationAdjustment here: https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/sno/ui_entry/entry.htm?param=69765F6D6F64653D3030312669765F7361…

If the link provided by Dell does not work, try this one:
