Hi Experts,

we are facing the below error at EDI separator sender channel in EDI sep sender to RFC scenario.

canot deliver message: channel ;catching exception calling messaging system. will delivered negative 997 if requested.

But the same scenario is working for 5010 version and it is throwing above error for 4010 version. We are unable to trace the error. Please help us on the same.

    Hi Ravi,

please provide a complete description of your error. Kindly provide screenshots of your module configuration of your edi separator sender channels (both for 4010 and 5010)

In the meantime check if you have the following default settings in your control key scenario association (e.g. like interface index 1). Also check your namespaces.

as described in this blog:B2B - Control Key scenario association - Sender Channel Error

Also check if you have for both scenarios a 997 scenario in case of you use the acknowledgements -- either via Trading Partner Management or via default setting in your EDI separator receiver channel. For the 4010 you need a 997 4010 scenario back in this case.

    Kind regards

    • Hi Ravi,

so please search for the channel with the object ID 'f48a355c7c61393185b1a2680eaee401' (Search channel->additional parameters). Does it have the localejbs/CallSapAdapter module in its module chain. Is the channel also used in an Integrated configuration (where used list)?

      Kind regards
