Save email body in SBWP as PDF

Hi Experts,

In SBWP T-code, I have all mails that were sent as reply by different users. My requirement is to save each email along with the attachment in that mail as PDF in my system.

Please help me.

    Hi Vidya,

    Can you explain a little more the context ?

    First qualify what you call mail :

    Is that external mail coming into SAP and getting in the SAP inbox ?

    Is that SAP MAIL to SAP MAIL ?

    Is that work item ?

    Then tell us if that is for every thing in the inbox or only certain mail ?

    How do you select them ?

      Hi

      you can create a class using the interface IF_INBOUND_EXIT_BCS and indicating your class in transaction SO50 for all kind of mail (*)

      The worst part is transforming the HTML mail into something readable then you'll certainly find the function module (* 2_PDF) corresponding to your need or one of the class provided by SAP
