PRT Attachments download in Standard WM6.3 Application

Hi Experts,

While downloading PRT attachments in device for standard WM6.3 application , we are getting an error stating "DocumentPushRequestSteplet - /SYCLO/CX_CORE_SUQUEUE_MGR:Invalid Push Scenario ID for Mobile app SAP_WORK_MANAGER_63".

We have not done any customization, kindly suggest for any standard configurations required to activate this functionality.

When verified slg1 logs the error "Retry not allowed for OTRIG_ID SWM63_HTTP_PUSH_TRIGGER of outbound message" is encountered.

We could download the attachments in work order header level.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks & Regards,

Prathyusha Balla

    Hi All,

Instead of Push, I tried on Demand fetch by following this link - How to finish a Notification Attachment download synchronously on Demand Fetch for SAP Work Manager

Now, Attachments are downloading by On Demand Fetch.

    Thanks & Regards,

    • Hi Stephen,

We gone through that note and checked everything in config panel. Everything seems correct. We haven't customized anything. we are using standard SWM 6.3 application. Still we are getting error "DocumentPushRequestSteplet - /SYCLO/CX_CORE_SUQUEUE_MGR:Invalid Push Scenario ID for Mobile app SAP_WORK_MANAGER_63" while downloading PRT attachments in device.

      Thanks & Regards,
