Crystal Reports Server 2013

Hello,

I am trying to install Crystal Reports Server and keep getting the error: "The system detected an invalid SIAPort value (6410). It should be used or reserved. [INS00269]"

I have looked into the firewall settings and opened that port but its still throwing up the same error. I also passed this onto our Infrastructure team but they have no idea why this is happening.

Can anyone on here help?

      Hi

      Thank you for taking the time to respond to my enquiry.

      I found that the solution was a combination of:

      1. Move the installation files off the network share and onto the local machine

      2. Open up the ports using a Windows firewall rule for both TCP and UDP
