Same number assignment as investment orders in IMA11

Dear All

We have defined Appropriation Request Z1 with same number assignment as Investment orders.

Now we have kept the number assignment of Appropriation Request type range same as the range of the capex internal orders of order type 0010.

This no range (700000-799999) was kept as external during data load.

After load the number range for both Investment orders and Appropriation requests were changed to internal. And the last NR no was changed with the last number of external.

So from the next number the range is working fine.

So if the last no uploaded as external number for AR was 718409 and for order was 718670. I have changed both the number range from external to internal with the last NR status as 718670 and kept the two in sync.

Now if I create the next AR internal 718671 is generated and it saves with the same order no 718671.

But if we create 5 AR at a time and save. And then for example Select AR 718676 and try to create an order from it selects the next open number of order 718672 and not matching with the AR no.

What may be the issue? We are in S/4 HANA platform though and I do not think the functionality is different.
