Kanban Board (PK13N) - Sorting by Colors

Hello,

There are different methods to sort the Kanban Board, but I cannot find how to sort the Kanban Board by colors? E.g. I would like to see all Kanbans with red status on the top of my Kanban Board. I hope you can help me

Hi,

I am not sure if all options are always available in PK13N (e.g. I can't find "Group by color" option in mine).

What I know I can do in our system however is to run PK13N with checkbox "Tabular display" and then the list is ALV which can be sorted by KANBAN status (which will give you the grouping like Empty first etc. ) .

Hello,

Customizing for sorting priority of Kanban

Go to SPRO--> Production-> Kanban-> Kanban Board ->Define Control Cycles Display in the Kanban Board

Here you can define the field selection priority and color grouping.

Thank you for Answer. I think I know what u mean: Settings>Display Control Cycle>Grouping Color, right? but it doesn't work.

can u display each step using screen shots and show me step by step how I can sort by colors please.

Hello Akif,

I tested in my system and it seems grouping by colours does not work right in PK13N, the SAP note 2276173 - PK13N : Incorrect grouping of control cycles should be applied for it to work.

I believe you should apply the SAP note 2276173 via SNOTE and then check. The SAP note is applicable to pretty much all SAP EHP versions upto EHP 8.

In the transaction: PK13n, you set to 'Group by color' for fields such as supply area, storing position etc
