12-month leaderboard widget is no longer working

Hi, it seems the 12-month leaderboard widget is no longer working. I try to reactivate it in my SCN community predictive and now it is impossible for me to re-display it. For the rest of the communities I checked, it displays empty.

Can you please help?

Resolved for me by adding the Individual Leaders widget to the page & customizing it.
