KDAUF and KDPOS Sales Order fields are not filling in MSEG

Hi Gurus,

I can see fields KDAUF and KDPOS in table MSEG are not filled. Are there any settings to be done for the fields to be filled during Material document creation? I have gone through other links but this was not answered to the point.
