Hi Gurus,

I have a small problem. Once MRP relevant changes done in material, changes are logged in MDVM with timestamp USTMP and change indicator NETCH. but again if I do any MRP relevant change in material, it still shows the old timestamp unless MRP is run and clears the change indicator. Please help.

Would you expect a change in other data beside of the timestamp ? If no other fields in the planning file would get new values then why should an update be made to the creation date?

you may want to check OSS note 205681 - MRP: Planning file entry for material requirements planning

Hi Juergen,

Thanks for quick reply!

No, only if the timestamp gets changed whenever there is a relevant change in MRP then that should be enough.

And I dont see anything relevant in that note you mentioned. Its just that changes need to be tracked after MRP run in case there are more than one changes. I hope you understand the problem.

The time stamp changes if the record has a change, since the record has no change the time stamp is not changed.

Hi Juergen,

Thanks for replying.

But since there is some MRP relevant change, changes might have been logged somewhere. In some table or anything. If the changes cant be tracked then there is a loss of information.Do you have any idea if it is saved or logged somewhere?
