Yesterday, this idea struck my mind to explore any possibility where SCN members can chat with forum experts, moderators, fellow associates etc. on SCN just like any other social media application.
Of-course 'Chat' option in SCN should have limited authorities, constraints, rights etc. It could also be possible to share any document,link, KBA etc.
I am sure it will add value to SCN and much faster responses. However, we can think more on minimizing 'Disturbance' factor on 'chat' and bring more value to it.
Your thoughts?
