New Technical User

Hi All,

I want to be able to create a new technical user in ByDesign. Does this creation of the user happens only via communication arrangement ? How all do I get to create a technical user in ByDesign? Thanks in advance for your help.

      Hi Anand,

      In this case,

      You will need to set up Communication Systems. (See Communication Systems Quick guide).

      Once this is done, While creating a new Communication arrangement, select the communication system. (You will see the user ID here) Click on Edit credential.

      Depending on the chosen authentication method, you need to define the credentials of the communication user. The user ID of the communication user is created automatically.
