Hello Gurus,
We are unable to forcefully change charm status to In Integration via report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT due to TRs in RC 8 .
Is there any way we can ignore the TRs in RC 8 and change the charm status.

Hi Vrinda
Did you check out "Correct Import Manually" activity in transaction SCMA in the task list of this respective change?
You should be able to flag the faulty import as "ok" using that functionality.
