Not able to create normal/urgent correct

Hello Team

We have activated ChaRM in solution manager 7.1 SPS14 successfully . We are facing below issues-

1.While defining the scope the iBase components are not getting automatically populated.

2. After searching the component , It can not find any entry.

3.We selected the iBase component from configuration option of scope but after saving it no document id was generated for both normal and urgent CR.

Need your help to fix this issue.

    Also, this note 1795400 helped us, when we had a similar problem. https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1795400/

    It is important, that the LMDB is filled with the correct entries and, depending on the IBase-Search (long/short), that the search string is correct. In our case, we had the short naming and then the entries had to be empty.
