Is IFbA is no longer developed by SAP?

Dear experts,

I've read this document "Is SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe Dead? | Arch" which is about future of IFbA. It's mentioned in it that Adobe is stopped developing in LiveCycle Designer and encourage user to move to AEM. and SAP support for IFbA will end by 2020.

Is this information confirmed? and what is the alternative for electronic documents in SAP?

Thank you.

I am the Product Manager for SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe. The document, while containing some interesting ideas, is misleading. SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe remains SAP's go-to solution for print forms and interactive forms. We have recently extended our contract with Adobe and have a strong pipeline of innovations and continuous improvements relevant both to our print and interactive forms customers.

There is no timeline to end support for IFbA by 2020. Also, Adobe continues to contribute to our innovations including improvements to Adobe LiveCycle Designer.

    Best regards,

    Peter Barker
