SBO hana service layer on cloud?

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if the service layer is available for sbo hana cloud on-demand solution? Or is it only for hosted/on-premise installations?

I currently have a cloud installation of sbo hana 9.1 cloud and would like to use the service layer to communicate with my (php) web application.
