Crystal - parameter prompt only works when you print preview

Crystal Reports 2008 - Dynamics SL

The following are the record selections with the parameter prompt:

I have attached the parameter setup.

When attempting to print the report the parameter prompt does not display and you receive the message stating "Missing parameter values..". However, the parameter prompt displays when you print preview.

    Hi Julie,

    Do you get this error inside the CR Designer or when you try to print from a viewer?
