Hello Turk,

Please check whether the license is eligible for your document, check whether the valid from and valid to date resides in the definitive date of the document. And make sure the license is active.

Hi Turk,

Sorry, I got your question, I was thinking you are asking why the license is not displayed in manual assignment.

Please then use the first button 'adopted license for item', and proceed further.

If you can debug to see why the entry is presented, that will be good. Otherwise, I think you have to raise a ticket to SAP for checks.

BTW, the second button 'Copy license to header' doesn't mean you assign the license to header level, but rather 'assign all items at once'.

Hi Turk,

This question looks very similar to your "Licence Type" question.  Are you looking for something different here, or should this one be closed to avoid confusion?

Turk,

Generally if you have the complete configuration you should be able to see the license here.

Did you maintain the license determination strategy for the ECCN you are trying to use?

Rajesh
