Failed to load test data - BestRunCorp.xlsx

Hello all SAP Lumira developers

I have installed SAP Lumira Version 1.3 and traied to load BestRunCrop.xlsx file to Train my self a Little bit on SAP Lumira. I confronted with this error.

Please see attaced pic.

Do you have any solution for this Problem?

Also, loading the Home page of lumira Fails?

Hi Sherif,

One of my customers had a similar issue, it worked after we did a complete uninstall and reinstall of Lumira. In that case, try to install the latest version of Lumira (v1.31).

Hi - it looks like you don't have an Internet connection; would you please check?

Also, have you considered trying the latest version for Lumira, 1.31?

Regarding the home page not loading, are you connected to the Internet?

Regarding trying the Best Run sample, did you click "try with samples" as shown below?

When I click try with samples, it seems to work.

Yes I am connecting to the Internet otherwise we could not either see what the other writes

Yes I hit try with samples  Button, after that hit the file but come this error message.

But Market segmentation file is loaded other files not.

Strange, because we are using the same build and I am not experiencing those errors. 

My only other suggestion would be to install the latest patch for Lumira, 1.31.1

First place to check is Service Marketplace to download SAP Software

Hi,

Could you try deleting the C:\Users\UserID\.sapvi folder. and then relaunching lumira. Take a backup of the folder if there are any specific preferences set.

deleting the specified folder does not brought anyting. I think it is a matter of proxy or simething. because on my personal laptop I have it installed and everything is ok. But I am installing Lumira on Customer laptop for a prokect and I had this problem on customer laptop and not mine. For this reason I think it is because the customer network.
