Hi Anitha,

do just what the long text of the first message says and read the long text of the following message. The 'comments' are saved in a DataStore-Object, this object has a key and you have to ensure that all key fields are filled from the aggregation level or via derivation.

Hi Gregor,

Our Comment field is enabled with input-ready option in bex query.

And all the key fields in DSO are filled in aggregation level.

Anitha.

Hi Anitha,

if you are using a MultiProvider or CompositeProvider make sure that all key fields of the DSO are also mapped.

Hi Anitha,

the long text of the second message RSPLS_CR080 contains a characteristic name that is missing. Have you changed some of the involved InfoProviders recently? If yes, the effect may come from invalid meta data. In this case use report RSR_MULTIPROV_CHECK to rebuild the meta data run time objects for all involved InfoProviders.

In addition, please also check note 2320711.

Hi Anitha,

Can you try bringing all key fields of your DSO into rows of that report and then check in comment field is inputable?
