Soap Receiver channel null object error

Dear Experts,

I am getting the below error for Soap Receiver channel.

Receiver channel Name: Soap_Proxy_receiver_cc

SOAP: error occured: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.mo.xmb.XMBMessageHeader.getMessageId() of a null object loaded from local variable messageHeader

The Channel is Green status but the messages are not polling due to this issue.

Kindly help on this.
