Best images for SAP Crystal Reports 2013

I have several reports that we include images on, company logo etc. I always have difficulty getting them to generate at a high resolution. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, I've used all possible formats that I can think of that are supported (to my knowledge .eps files are not supported). Can anyone recommend or suggest what I can do to make my images look better?
