Updating the url for the alert message in CRM web UI IC

Hi All

Request you share some pointers on how we can update the url for the existing Interaction Center Alert. Currently the link at the top of the interaction center screen is showing as "Link to RNA SOP" (screenshot attached).

The alert YC** is specific to one chain of customers. The alert link is hyperlink at the top, which on clicking redirect to the url.

I have tried updating the message with the new url in the message configuration (refer to the alert config .jpeg as attached).

Any pointers is appreciable.
