Drag and Drop option is not working for Attachements

Hi Gurus,

We are using SAP CRM 7.0 EHP-3.

When the Users are want to attached files, they are using Drag and Drop Options, But it was not working. Please suggest what to do. We have high escalation's on this.

Business Users are trying to add files to Service Order. If the service order is in closed status, can not we use this Drag and Drop options.

Normal Browse and upload option is working fine.
