Please follow below configuration :

Automatic Packing using Packaging Specifications

Determination of Packaging Specification:

SPRO -> Master Data -> Packaging Specifications -> Determination of Packaging specification

Here you have to maintain following data

Inbound Delivery Condition table has three fields: Supply Chain Unit, Ship From, Product

Access Sequence : Use Standard

Condition Types : Use Standard

Determination Procedure : Use Standard

Create Condition Maintenance for Packaging Group - Use Standard

Assign Packaging Material type to Element Type:

SPRO-> Master Data -> Packaging Specification -> Maintain Structure for Packaging Specification -> Assign Packaging Material type to Element Type

Maintain Packing Specification Determination in Inbound Delivery Document Type - > Enter field value 0IBD in PackMATPROC to create automatic packing

Go to User Screen - Master Data - > Packaging Specification -> Condition Maintenance

Maintain Packaging Specification: Enter PS Group Field and then select this line item and click on edit button

Enter Description – Totes, CCTR – 0IBD, SC Unit – GPCL (Plant), Product - GPCL-ROH-PACKING03, Ship From – A0003 (Vendor)

Go to Main Level 1 – and enter target qty – 100, and packaging Material – 1980, HU Creation active here

Enter your product no. and qty 1 in product and packaging material no., target qty and HU creation active on packaging screen.

Save and activate
