Send a decision task from a users inbox to another users inbox

Hi,

As the approver has left the organisation, I have to send a approval/rejection decision task from a user's sap inbox to another user. The login of the approver who has left the organisation is discontinued.

Also, is it possible to send a notification from x-users inbox to be forwarded to y-users inbox.

Please help.
