-ve amount in /411 in USTAX for CA

Hi Experts,

Please can you help me on below issue. (Urgent)

I have transferred an employee from OH to CA with start date of a payroll period. In the first payroll period in CA, USTAX function generates a negative value in /411 (ER Debt Repayment) for CA.
