Register button in SEGW does nothing

Hello,

We have set up a HUB gateway system and we are now trying to connect our BW to it. We've gone through the configuration and think we have it correctly configured but when trying to create and then register a service in SEGW, the register button doesn't do anything.... it doesn't come up with the popup to select the system alias as it is supposed to. Does anyone have any ideas what might be wrong there. Everything we've found on the internet just goes over the config steps and then says click register and the popup comes up.... no clue what to do if that popup doesn't come up.
