Repository Sync tables GRACUSER and GRACUSERCONN not aligned

Hi,

Has anybody else faced the following issue when performing Repository Sync.

The GRACUSER and GRACUSERCONN do not contain the same user data.

The sync appears to update the GRACUSER table, but the GRACUSERCONN table is not updated so new users do not appear in NWBC user searches.

Anybody aware of why this is?

We are using GRC 10.1 SP11.

    Hello Babak,

    Check SAP note 2253834 - Repository sync collection of corrections. It is important that you implement all the applicable notes in your GRC system and in your plug-in systems.
