Removing Defaultset value in Ticket OWL?

Hi Experts,

I have requirement where i need to remove the value from default set of ticket screen owl. Below is the image for reference. User don't want to see "Tickets in my Territories" Value in the drop down.

Can you please guide me how to achieve it.

    Hi,

    Please try to use following steps:

    1. Log in via HTML5 mode.

    2. Go to "Edit Master layout"

    3. Click on show advance filer:

    4. Click on "Organize Queries" button:

    5. Choose the remove flag from the required query .

    6. Apply and and Save you changes for master layout change.

    Log off and log in again to see your changes.

    Note:Once you make these changes it will be always applicable to your system and you cannot restore the old behavior. Hence before making the layout changes please read this blog as well.The Edit Layout Functionality Part III - Exporting and Importing Layouts

    Hello Sree,

    It can be removed using master page/layout adaptations.

    1) Click on the "magnifier" buttom.
    2) Start the layout adaptation.

    3) Click on the organize queries buttom.

    4) Remove the query you want.
