Is it possible to enter\end "script recording" using an external script?

I would like to run code that makes the SAP GUI enter recording mode, without the user having to choose the option from the menu?

Per SAP Note 2296251:  Use transaction rz11, enter the parameter name sapgui/user_scripting

Thanks for the quick answer!

I think the image I attached was misleading, so I will make my question more clear:

I hve already enabled the scripting mode.

I want to write a script that when I run it, all the user actions from that point on will be recorded, as if he went to the menu and started the recording process by himself.
