When the expense account will be hit for posting?

Hi all,

I have tried several time to understand how to trigger the account determination account for expense account (the first row).

as I cannot find when this will generate a posting, I am not able to answer to my client which account should be defined.

Hi,

Please try to post AP invoice for non-inventory items. Then you can use expense account.
