Copying project structure in IMA11

Hi

In the measures/assets tab of an appropriation request when I am trying to copy from a project template then this always comes with Position "Next to" and not underneath as it come in cj20n.

Also the "With Root" and "without root" buttons are in display mode. It does create a WBS but in the next level and not same as the Project definition.

I am not getting how to create a Level 1 same as the Project definition like ideally this WBS should have been A.IM.00013.

When I am not using a template then its working fine..
