Restrict user not to conform more quantity

Dear All,

I have an Issue like my user can able to conform more quantity than the actual base quantity against to the operations using CO11N T-Code. Now I would like to restrict them like system should not allow to conforming more than the base quantity. I have already given both the tolerance levels as Zero.

Kindly suggest on this.

    Hi

    Please Ensure the setting of OPK4." Error when over delivery Tolerance Is Exceed" & this setting will work onle if in material master Tolerance data "unlimited" is UNCHECKED
