SAP Crystal Solutions Presentation Design 2011 Error

Hi All,

Can I please ask for some help for this customer:

A customer who purchased a new HP Z Book and have transferred his SAP Crystal Solutions Presentation Design 2011 along with compatible Excel 2007 to his new computer from his old one, He has the user License and it works perfectly, however when he take a Crystal X file from the old computer and put it on the new computer a message pops up before it opens:

"This file was created with a newer version of Presentation Design and is not compatible with the version installed on this machine. Before you can open this file you must upgrade to the latest version of (%2)."

He said he has no idea what the (%2) means but the file that he was transferring was created on his old machine with the same SAP Crystal Presentation design 2011.
