How to connect Eclipse Modeler with a SAP Hana System ?

Our company, a consultant company, as this a few month a test system for SAP Hana.

I can connect via SAP Gui 7.4 to this system. a a connection via Eclipse ADT is created. And now i want to activate the Eclipse Modeler. I tried to create a new system with the same IP and instance numbers as in SAP Gui , but that doesnt work.

Which information i have to ask our basis: IP and instance of Database server ?
