Dear all
I received S-USER I'D and password from partner. But I cannot download sap business one software or patches. It is asking again password. I put same password. But it is not allowing to download. Can you give me solutions.

Just my 5 cent, this doesn't look like an authorization issue at first glance. I'd suspect more a password issue.
In order to validate both, please try to logon to support.sap.com (SAP Support Portal) -> Choose your name for "Welcome, ..." -> Display my authorizations and important functions" - there should be authorization object SWDOWNLOAD.
If all authorizations are in place, alternatively use "Change my password". Please wait 24hours for synchronization of the new password across all landscapes.

Hi,
It seems that your S-user ID doen't have authorization to download patches. Please check authorization of your ID and ask the admin user of your organization to assign relevant rights to your user ID for downloading the software.

Your partner did not provide authorization for downloading software. Please check your agreement between SAP partner and your company.
