Flat File with Range

Hello All,

We have manual GL accounts grouped (range) . We need to load the data into BW.

Ex.

Group GL Account From GL Account To

Dividents 10000 50000

Payments 60000 80000

How can I load this in BW so that I get the structure Flat

GL

Divident 10000

Divident 10001

--

--

Divident 50000

Payments 60000

--

Payments 80000

How to acheive this logic, any input would be welcomed
