I am receiving the following error in an Info Package in process chain,what shall i do to resolve the issue?

    Hi,

    what is your source system and RFC conn are in place?

    Are you able to load data from source to bw system thru other info packs?

    from SM50, find your connection and do the connection test and authorization test.

    Take basis team help.

    hi,

    Looks like BW lost connection with source system, do a quick check (ras1-->source system-->right click -->check)
