When not logged on, the warning popup should have login as link as well

When I'm not logged on and try to do something that is not allowed for anonymous users (such as vote up a comment) I get a popup with below text. I find it inconvenient that the login is not a link and I need to press ok, scroll up and then do the login. This should be a link as well.

We're sorry, but anonymous users are not allowed to vote.

    I have run into this many times myself during the course of the Beta testing phase (typically when jumping from one area to another - e.g. blogs to answers, so I would offer that if the SSO problem were addressed, this dialog would effectively only display when truly representative of the user.
