UDF to table OAT2

Is it possible to add a UDF at row level to the Blanket Agreement Table OAT2. 

Please advise?

Yes ,You can do it Create UDF at blanket  detail

Yes you can use the Blanket Agreement Rows under the user defined fields management -- master -- blanket agreements.
