SAP PI RWB: No authorization to display the payload

Hello,

We are not able to see the payload of the messages in SAP PI 7.1 RWB.
.

We are getting no authorization issue in development environment and we can see the payload in other environments.

We have checked all the related discussion on SCN and taken below actions.

1.Chekced al the required roles in identity manager as well as abap stack.

2. Related parameters in messaging system and exchange profile.

Kindly let us know if anything else need to be check.

Thanks.

Br.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reply,
I have already check required roles assigned to userid.

The problem is resolved now, there was extra parameter in exchange profile of development environment which is deleted and now we can see the payload.

    com.sap.aii.rwb.server.auth.UME.

May be someone tried to apply payload restriction in past and for that reason he had added this parameter in development environment.

Not sure if this parameter is going to affect any other setting but after deletion of this parameter we can see the payload.

    Thanks.

    Hello Anant,

This could be the issue with user role only.

Ensure your user has the required roles as per the other environments.

Also check ur logging in with the correct user. once log off and log in again and check.
