error after migrating in Quality from Dev

hi all,

i have moved my reports (webi and design studio) from dev to quality. i am using SSO in both env's but after migrating only webi reports are working and the design studio dashboard's are giving below error messages:

1. Cannot load query "cuid:ARH_VIwSCulEkT3vwDMvb7s/ZST_MSTCK_Q0001" (data provider "DS_75": No service implementation available)

2. Could not instantiate the data source. See default trace for log ID "e37e9827-d7f3-47fb-ad82-4eb1637ff7bb". Details: Cannot load query"cuid:ARH_VIwSCulEkT3vwDMvb7s/ZST_MRVNU_Q0043" (data provider "DS_24": No service implementation available)

the design studio version i am using is 16.2.1. and webi is 4.1 sp 5 and i am trying to access the reports through launch pad.

1. i have tried to re-migrate also but its didn't helped me out.

2. also i have tried

but still no benefit.

3. i have checked SSO connection but since webi reports are working fine so SSO is not seems OK.

please help me out here.

thanks

    Hi,

i had the same issue with another customer. Please raise an Incident for issue. My other customer was in BI 4.1 SP6 and the same DS Version as you have. WebI was working, DS not.

The problem relies in a class DS uses to read the password for the keystore file. Specifically when the keystore password has a special character.

As a Workaround we changed the keystore password to a password with only(!) upper case letters.

    Regards

    -Seb.
