Custom sorting characteristic values in Reports

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to sort the values of a characteristic in the client's desired way.

In the above report,I have moved the characteristic Analysis Phase to Columns and sorted the characteristic values using Sort By Description in ascending order.

But the client wants the values to be in the ascending order of "%" given along with the value.

That is, they want the values in the following order

Identify opportunity - 10% Analyze Opp. - 30% Present Opp. - 70% Close - 100%

I tried sorting by Description and sorting by ID in both ascending and descending order.But both didn't serve the purpose.

So I was just wondering whether we can do some custom sort,so that the characteristic values come up in the desired order.

Please let me know whether any custom sort is possible or please suggest some work around for it.
