Urgent Change Support Team field is not displaying any value

Hi

I am trying to create Urgent Change as to Test ChaRM functionality.

In the Support Team filed, when I enter the BP no. of the support team and save. Filed value disappears and not allowing me to enter any another value, as it complaining can only accept 1 BP

Somehow it is not displaying any value in that filed, however it is being save and hidden.

Issue is only with the Support Team filed.

Please find the below screen.

The below screen is when I tried to enter support team as: 157

The below screen when I tried to enter a d support Team as :167, it complains that support team 157 is already saved somewhere

Hi Phaneendra,


You can only display 4 partner functions in the details section and define them through customizing and Web-UI customizing. The support team is none of the partner fucntions that are displayed on the details screen for ChaRM transactions (however it's a partner function displayed for incidents).


To get it displayed properly you would need to drop one of the other 4 partners (Developer, Tester, IT_Operator or Change Manager) and get the support team in instead through customizing. The support team has no defined role in ChaRM, hence it is usually not important enough to have it in the details section.


However you will see your Support Team in the "parties involved" assignment block, where in my opinion it should stay since the other 4 parties are relevant for processing change documents, while the support team is not.


You still can use it for reporting etc.
