Time difference between ECC and APO

I think I am correct in saying that 00:00:00 in APO is not the same when transferred to ECC. One thinks its Tuesday and the other thinks its Wednesday. Does anyone have any documentation on this issue? I am trying to convince client to see the capacity records in APO from 00:00:00 to 24:00:00 to 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. Client is also using Capacity Only on defaults for orders in ECC - I believe should be 'backwards in time'. Again looking for some OFFICIAL documentation. Client does not want to just listen to recommendations.

    Not sure I understand the question.

    00:00:00 is actually both Tuesday and Wednesday. It is time.

    Capacity is utilized when it is actually utilized. What is the issue?

    SNP consumes capacity in beginning of the planned order, in your example Wednesday NOT Tuesday.

    I assume you are trying to view capacity utilization in SNP Planning Book?
