Couldn't Open Page-setup

Dear All Master,

I got trouble with My Crystal Report for SAP B1 when tried to access page setup in it. like follfing picture.

any master gimme a hand ? whats the problem and how to fix this problem ?

    I encountered the same error due to subreports or memory full.

    Only one to do, give up the report, open older version of the report and redo the modification.
